Brennon Hutchings

Brennon Hutchings is a Certified Social Worker dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their fullest potential. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Family Life & Human Development from Southern Utah University, laying a strong foundation for understanding human behavior and relationships, before completing a Master of Social Work degree at Brigham Young University to hone his clinical skills. With a versatile career in mental health, Brennon has worked in a domestic violence shelter, a behavioral hospital, with working professionals, and college students. Brennon employs a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy, tailoring his methods to meet the unique needs of each client. He specializes in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, performance anxiety, stress, perfectionism, and many other mental health challenges.

Brennon was born and raised in the small town of Beaver, Utah, where he played sports throughout his life. He went on to play Division 1 football at Southern Utah University, furthering his desire to work with high school and college athletes. Brennon is passionate about helping diverse populations thrive and finds joy in working with clients from all walks of life. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, traveling, and golf.
